Return and Refund Policy
Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case of damaged goods, returns accepted within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Refund will initiated after receiving the damaged or defective goods to the factory and the refund will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the goods.
